PNC Meeting Minutes

• Member’s Present:  James Dickhoff, Doug Call, Norm Vance, Jennifer Riekenberg, Mike Clinton, Emily Deitz, John Duvall, Jurgen Montgomery, Karina Silver, Susan Milford, Bob Milford, Ken McLean, Robbie Johnson, Eric Matzdorf, Morgan Murri, Kenny Daniels, Rex Shurtleff, David Schauzenbaker, Anthony Doctor. • Procedures:Meeting called to order by James Dickhoff at 5:30 PM at Pagosa Springs Town Hall. 
• Old Business: Marketing Update: Trail Maps done and in Winter Visitor’s Guide, Brochures are to designer, Web Page is complete (www.pagosanordic.com)
             Event Schedule:  Full Moon Ski B Q’s 11/27, 12/31, 1/29, 2/26, 3/26
                                        Demo Days 11/21, 12/5, 12/12,                                        Winter Fest Race 2/13
• Funding Update: Prost granted $23,950, County Tourism granted $1000, TTC granted $2500, membership dues set at $25 ind. $40 family $50 business
• Equipment Update: Purchased new 2009 rs Viking Utility Snowmobile       2 new Tidd Tech Groomers will be ordered
• Volunteers: Trail Groomers Training Day set for 11/15/09

• New Business:
• Board of Director’s Elections: Elected to office- James Dickhoff President, Doug   Call Vice President, Kenny Daniels Treasurer, Stephanie Jones Secretary and Robbie Johnson Member.
• Next Meeting: November 18th 5:30 @ Town Hall.  Agenda will include Trail Grooming, Fundraising, Events and Volunteers.
