Saturday, January 17 as part of Pagosa Springs Winterfest!
LOCATION UPDATE - Due to lack of snow at Cloman Park, the race has been moved to Alberta Park at Wolf Creek Ski Area. Check-in/In-Person Registration will be 8:30-10:15 AM at the very back of the Tranquility Parking Lot.
A unique, super-fun freestyle ski event in which participants can either classic or skate ski while target shooting with Red Ryder BB guns provided by the Pagosa Nordic Club. 10 seconds added for each shot missed during the race but no gun or shooting experience is needed. Parents can help the young ones cock and shoot. Kids really love this race!
Prizes for the top finishers and best costumes along with participant drawing giveaways.
Great fun for all ages!

TIME/LOCATION
Race Times:
Racers will have an opportunity to test shoot at targets for one half hour before their race. Target Shooting practice begins at 8:30 AM and will be available throughout the racing.
During the race, racers have 5 shots at targets, 3 times (between each course lap) with provided Red Ryder BB Guns. 10 seconds added to your finish time for each missed shot. So, take your time!
REGISTRATION
The race fee is $5 for Pagosa Nordic Club members/kids and $15 for non-members.
(If you are a Pagosa Nordic Club member, please use the race promo code to receive the PNC Member price for the race. The race code will be emailed via the Grooming Report.)
Please use RaceEntry to register, sign the waiver and pay. We will see you at the race!
(While walk-up registration is permitted, it really helps race organizers if racers register ahead of time using RaceEntry.)
