Southwest Region Nordic Skiing Information

There are many great opportunities for even more Nordic skiing in the Southwest Region! Check out these other great organizations that provide groomed and ungroomed trails near Pagosa Springs.

San Juan Nordic Club

Among other areas in the San Luis Valley, the San Juan Nordic Club grooms Big Meadows on the east side of Wolf Creek Pass.

Vallecito Nordic Ski Club maintains approximately 15km of Nordic trails groomed for classic and skate skiing along the beautiful shores of Vallecito Reservoir.

Enchanted Forest Cross Country Ski Area

In Red River, New Mexico, Enchanted Forest offers over 30k for classic and skate cross country skiing and over 15k of trails for snowshoes. They also have 5k of trails for skiing or snowshoeing with your dog and access to miles of backcountry.
